1/2 tablespoon of lapsang souchong tea (or black tea)

Place the eggs in a pot with water and cook for 9 minutes, after boiling starts
Pass the eggs under cold water and, while they're still warm, make fissures on the shell (roll the eggs with your palm on a flat surface)
On one side, boil 1/2 liter of water, add the tea, cover and let it rest for 5 minutes
Then, add the soy sauce and immerse the eggs in that liquid
Let them soak for at least 1 hour before peeling
Serve with a salad
