6 cooked eggs
1 can of tuna
1/2 cup (chopped) of mayonnaise
1 large cooked potato mashed
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped scallions to taste

Cut the eggs in half horizontally
Remove the yolks
In a bowl, mix together the yolks, tuna, mayonnaise, and potato
Season with salt and pepper
Fill the egg whites with this mixture and sprinkle with chopped scallions
Serve with green salad.
