    Scrape the pig, just like you would a pork, with hot water. Cut into pieces. Size to taste. Place in a pan with plenty of water, a bit of vinegar and salt. Simmer for 5 or 6 minutes. Remove from heat and let excess water drain. Put it in a large pan with plenty of fat and let it get nice and hot. Fry the pig. It comes out crispy like a toad's skin. Just like that.
