Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium)
Spread the peanuts in a large baking dish and bake in the preheated oven until toasted (about 15 minutes)
Let it cool
Rub the peanuts between your hands to remove the skin
In a blender or processor, place the peanuts and blend until smooth
Transfer to a bowl
Add sugar, salt, and cassava flour and mix with a spoon until well combined
Serve in paper cups
