1/2 kg of fish fillets
2 chopped carrots
1 large chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped green cilantro
2 thick tomato slices
salt and pepper to taste

Cut aluminum foil squares for each fish fillet
Mix the vegetables and seasonings
Spread a little of this mixture over each aluminum foil square
Dip the fish fillets in lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Place a fish fillet on each prepared foil sheet
Add one or more tomato slices to each fish fillet
Wrap the fish with vegetables, closing the "packets" securely
Place them in a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes
Serve in the same package
