4 cups of green cornmeal (600g)
1 cup of milk (240ml)
3/4 cup of granulated sugar (135g)
1/4 cup of melted butter (50g)
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (for dusting)

In a blender, blend the green cornmeal, milk, and sugar to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Transfer to a medium bowl, add melted butter, eggs, and salt
Vigorously mix with a hand mixer
Place in a 25cm diameter refrigerator-safe dish
Microwave on medium power for 18 minutes or until thickened to a creamy consistency
Remove from microwave, dust with cinnamon, let cool, and serve
