Set up a grill (per person): 1 pork chop, 1 beef rump (without white membrane), 2 or 3 large mushrooms (brushed with butter), 1/2 large tomato (brushed with butter and sprinkled with salt and pepper), 1 large onion and 1 slice of bacon. Grill quickly. If the beef rumps and mushrooms are too small and fall between the grill bars, fry them in butter, in a skillet. Serve with a green salad and red wine.
