6 large corn husks
1/2 cup (chained) of sugar
1/2 cup (chained) of coconut milk
1 pinch of salt
6 large corn husks

Carefully husk the corn and reserve the intact husks
Grate the corn using a coarse grater
Put it in a bowl and add the sugar, coconut milk, and salt
Mix carefully with a wooden spoon
Take the reserved husks, fold them in half, and sew the sides to form a small pouch
Fill with corn pudding and close the end by tying with twine
In a large pot, bring water to a boil
Place the corn husk packets into boiling water and cook for approximately 90 minutes
Remove using a skimmer and let drain
Serve hot or cold.
