Place garlic, onion, tomatoes, broth, olive oil, vinegar, parsley, and pepper in a blender
Blend very well
If desired, strain through a fine-mesh sieve
Refrigerate until serving time
When serving, sprinkle pimenta, tomato, onion, pepper, and bread crumbs over the soup or serve in separate bowls for each person to add their preferred ingredients to the soup
This serves 6 people.
