1 cup raisins

In a mixing bowl, activate the yeast in the warm milk

Add the warm milk to the mixture of eggs, almond meal, orange peel, and melted butter
Mix well

Gradually add the flour and vanilla extract to the mixture
Mix until smooth

Cover the bowl with a greased paper towel and let it rest for 30 minutes in an unheated oven

Remove from the oven and gently press down the dough

Add the raisins, crystalized fruits, and orange peel to the mixture
Mix well

Transfer the dough to a prepared pan and bake at medium temperature for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
