Make your favorite pancakes according to the recipe
Combine butter, sugar, and instant coffee powder in a pan and mix well
Add heavy cream and cook over low heat
Add coffee liqueur and brandy
Dip the pancakes in the mixture and cook for 1 minute, flipping them
Fold the pancakes in four, place them on a plate, and top with ice cream balls
If there's leftover sauce, pour it over the top
Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
