Whisk the milk, flour, and eggs in a blender
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat
Using a spatula, distribute the batter evenly in the skillet
Arrange the banana slices on top and let it cook at low heat until the batter releases from the bottom of the skillet, using an offset spatula
Flip and let it brown
Remove from heat and reserve
In another skillet, melt the sugar and place the crepe on top
Let the sugar melt and flip the crepe
If desired, flambe with rum
Serve immediately.
