Heat the caramel in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a light golden brown color
Remove from heat
Add the orange juice, grated orange zest, lemon juice, and butter or margarine
Return to heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened
Add the orange liqueur
Dip each crepe into the warm orange sauce one at a time
After dipping, fold each crepe in half twice, forming a triangle
Serve hot
