Combine the eggs, milk, wheat flour, cornstarch, ground almonds, and yeast in a blender and beat until forming a smooth and even mixture
Add the batter to an anti-adhesive frying pan with 10 cm diameter, lightly greased with oil
Cook well on both sides
Farofa:
Blend the biscuit and milk powder in a blender
Mix in the finely chopped hazelnuts
Serve the pancake with ice cream, farofa, and plenty of hot chocolate.
