1 1/2 cups of milk

2 ripe bananas, mashed

Combine the milk, eggs, flour, sugar, yeast, cinnamon, banana, and melted butter in a blender
Grease a 13 cm non-stick skillet with a small amount of oil
Cook the crepes until golden brown on both sides
Serve warm with sliced almonds and honey.
