In a bowl, combine the flours, wheat germ, sugar, yeast, and salt
Mix only to incorporate
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined
Use 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake
Fry in a buttered skillet over medium heat, flipping once, until bubbles form on the surface and the edges are set
Serve hot with butter and honey
Make about 16 pancakes.
