350 g of fresh ricotta

1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 grated carrot
1 pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
4 pita breads (serious turkey)
1 can of tomato sauce ready to use
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Place the ricotta in a medium-sized bowl and mix with a fork
Add the yogurt, olive oil, salt, carrot, pepper, and parsley
Mix well and reserve
Open the turkey breast in two parts and fill one part with the mixture
Roll it up like a pancake and place it in a mold
Spread ready-to-use tomato sauce over the pancakes
Top with grated Parmesan cheese
Microwave for 1 minute at high power, then let it cool slightly before serving!
