1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of black raisin
1/2 cup of honey
1 tablespoon of butter
1 cup of boiling water
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of toasted almonds or hazelnuts
1 cup of oatmeal

Combine the oatmeal, black raisin, honey, and butter in a bowl and mix well
Add the boiling water and stir for another minute
Let it rest for five minutes until the moisture disappears
Join the egg, sift the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
Add to the first mixture
Join the nuts (or hazelnuts) and mix well
Spread into a greased pan with butter
Bake in a 220°F oven for 50 minutes or until cooked
Let it cool before cutting into slices
