In a bowl, dissolve the yeast with the sugar and salt
Add the cod, egg, olive oil, and gradually the wheat flour
Mix with a spoon until a smooth and uniform dough forms
Grease a rectangular mold with olive oil
Using a spoon, place half of the dough and distribute the grated cheese mixed with parsley
Top with the remaining dough, cover with a cloth, and let it rest for 20 minutes
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
