In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in milk, add sugar and 1 cup of all-purpose flour
Mix well, cover, and let it rest for 25 minutes
Noiselessly mix the egg, olive oil, spinach, and salt

Add the remaining flour and work the dough until it is smooth and elastic
