Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk and set aside
In a blender or liquidizer, blend together the oil, tomato, salt, eggs, sugar, dissolved yeast, and remaining milk
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and gradually add the flour
Work the dough until it is smooth and even
Cover and let it rest until it has doubled in size
Divide the dough into two pieces and shape into loaves
Place them in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rest for 30 more minutes
Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
