In a large bowl, mix well the sweet cassava flour, grated Minas cheese, melted butter or margarine, and salt
Combine all ingredients with your hands and add milk gradually until the dough has consistency to shape into balls with your hand
When it's possible to shape the dough, form small balls about 4 cm in diameter, and place them on a lightly oiled baking sheet
Put the puffs in a very hot oven (200°C) and bake until they grow, slightly golden brown and cracked on the surface.
