Mix the peanut with the eggs, add the butter or margarine and then the milk
Add the pumpkin and salt gradually, mixing well
Mix thoroughly
Fold in the whipped egg whites carefully
Pour into an English-sized 25 x 12 x 7 cm cake pan greased, and bake at moderate heat (170°C) for about 55 minutes
Serving warm with butter or margarine, serves 4 people.
