Sauté the onion and add the beer yeast
Beat the eggs lightly and add all the ingredients, except for the bread crumbs
Mix well
Add the bread crumbs only enough to bind the mixture together
Shape into a pie shape and place in a preheated oven at medium temperature (170°C) for 45 minutes, or until firm
Serve with your preferred sauce
