1 cup cooked sweet potatoes

Mash the sweet potatoes with warm water in a blender
Add the egg, margarine, dietetic baking powder, and yeast
Blend for two minutes
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the all-purpose flour
Mix until a soft dough forms
Pour the dough into an English cake mold, greased and floured
Cover with a clean cloth and let it rise until it doubles in volume
Bake in a medium preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes
Garnish with grated sweet potatoes.
