1 packet of active dry yeast

2 cups (scant) of all-purpose flour
250g of cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup (scant) of granulated sugar

1 tablespoon of salt
1 packet of active dry yeast

1 Mix the yeast with the water and 2 cups of flour, let it rest for 10 minutes
Add the sweet potatoes, sugar, flour, and melted butter
Mix well
2 Add the salt and remaining flour
Form a dough with a wooden spoon and shape into small morsels
Place them on a greased baking sheet
Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F)
Bake the morsels until the top starts to brown.
