1 packet of corn bread yeast
1/4 cup of warm water
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of scalded milk
3 cups of all-purpose flour
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups of corn
4 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 packet of corn bread yeast
1/4 cup of warm water
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of scalded milk
3 cups of all-purpose flour
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups of corn
4 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
Soak the yeast packet in warm water
Mix together butter or margarine, sugar, salt, and milk
Let it cool to room temperature
Add the beaten eggs, 3 cups of flour, and yeast mixture
Mix well until smooth
Add corn and remaining flour
Knead for 10 minutes
Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease other side
Cover and let rise for 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until doubled
Bake and shape into balls
Place 3 balls in each muffin tin and brush with butter

Bake at moderate heat (170°C) for 15 minutes
