Sift together the flour, yeast, and salt
Add the softened butter in small pieces and mix until a crumbly mixture forms
Add all the milk at once and only mix until all the flour is moistened
Place the mixture on a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1/2 minute
Shape into a log about 1 cm thick, roughly
Cut into rounds of 5 cm in diameter
Dip lightly in milk
Bake in a hot oven for 12 minutes or until slightly golden brown
Let cool for about 12 minutes.
