Preheat the oven to a high temperature (200°F)
Sift together the flour, yeast, and salt into a bowl
Add 1 tablespoon of grated orange peel and small pieces of butter or margarine
Mix until it resembles a crumbly mixture
Make a depression in the center of that mixture and pour in the milk
Mix until you get a dough that comes away from the sides of the bowl
Place on a floured surface and knead with your hands for about 5 times
Shape into balls with a diameter of 5 cm and place them onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving about 2.5 cm between each cake
Then, mix the remaining grated orange peel with sugar and melted butter or margarine, and sprinkle that mixture over the cakes
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes
Serve as a snack
Yield: around 12 little orange cakes.
