Rinse the cod
Shred it into flakes, remove skin and bones
In a skillet, melt two tablespoons of butter and sauté the onion for 3 minutes
Add garlic and cod, cook for another 3 minutes
Dust with wheat flour, stir in warm fish stock, and add chopped parsley
Let it thicken, then add the milk
Boil potatoes until tender, peel and mash
Mix three tablespoons of butter, salt, black pepper, and milk
Preheat the oven to high heat
Place cod in a greased baking dish, cover with mashed potato mixture
Melt remaining butter and drizzle over the top
Sprinkle with bread crumb, then bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
