In a large bowl, place the carrot and make a hole in the middle. Reserve
Hydrate the gelatin with cold water and let it rest for five minutes
Heat the gelatin, without letting it boil, and mix in the gylcerin and glycerine
Mix until smooth
Add the essence and pour into the carrot
Mix well and work the dough with your hands until it becomes firm and elastic
If the mixture is sticking to your hands, add more carrot
Roll into a ball and wrap in plastic film
Place inside a plastic container tightly sealed and let rest for eight hours before using.
