Preheat the oven to 450°F (very hot)
Place a large pot with water to boil. Reserve
When the water boils, add salt and join the pasta
Cook for 3 minutes or until al dente, not overcooking
Drain well
Divide the pasta into two bowls and add half of the butter to each one
Mix in sesame seeds in one bowl and poppy seeds in the other
Let it cool slightly
Spread all the pasta on a prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese
Bake for 5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and bake for another 3 minutes
Place on absorbent paper
Serve warm or at room temperature
