In a bowl, cream the butter until it's smooth
Mash the pepper with a fork or spoon and mix it into the butter
Add salt to taste
Place it on aluminum paper and, with the help of the paper, shape it into a roll about 3 cm in diameter
Close hermetically and refrigerate
Serve chilled with a little something you made yourself, like a pizzelle
