1/4 cup of olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
4 large red bell peppers, peeled
1/4 cup of olive oil

Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic
Cut the red peppers into pieces and fry for 2 minutes
Blend everything in a blender until it reaches the consistency of a paste
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Serve 3/4 cup of the pasta.
