400 g of grated mozzarella cheese
100 g of creamy cheese
1/4 teaspoon of salt
a pinch of pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

Mix all the ingredients well, except for parsley
Shape two thin rolls
Sprinkle parsley over parchment paper
Flip the rolls over the parchment paper, so that the entire surface is covered with parsley
Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate
Serve only after 3 to 4 days, on a plate, cutting some slices
Accompany with salted crackers.
