Mix the ricotta with the milk
Wash and dry the parsley and scallions
Chop finely
Chop the peeled onions
Chop the radishes, reserving some for garnish
Mix the ricotta, parsley, scallions, and chopped radishes or coarsely grated radish
Season to taste with salt and black pepper
Refrigerate at serving time
Garnish with reserved radish slices
