Dough
1/2 small box of creamy Catupiry cheeseβ’
3/4 teaspoon butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 egg yolks for brushing
Salt and grated cheese to taste
Filling
1 cup milk
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
50g diced ham
Dough

50g diced ham
Filling: Mix the filling ingredients, except for the ham
Heat until thickened
Add the ham and reserve
Dough: Cream Catupiry cheese with butter and salt
Add the sifted flour with yeast and cream well
If needed, add more flour
Let it rest for half an hour
Roll out the dough and spread the filling
Shape into pastries and brush with egg yolks and sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake until golden.
