In a bowl, combine the tomato, add the olive oil, fresh basil, a good pinch of oregano, salt and black pepper to taste, and some Parmesan cheese
Let it rest for at least 2 hours
Add to cooked spaghetti, drained, warm, along with the mozzarella
Mix quickly so that the cheese melts slightly and serve immediately
