In a pan, bring the water and butter to a boil
Pour in the sweet potatoes, wheat flour, and salt
Stir until a ball forms that detaches from the bottom of the pan
Set aside

Let it cool slightly and then add the egg, stirring quickly with a wooden spoon
Transfer the dough to a flat surface and let it cool
Stuffing

In a frying pan, fry the garlic in butter until golden
Add the ground beef and cook, stirring constantly and vigorously, for 10 minutes
Add salt

Add the raisins, parsley, paprika, vinegar, and hot pepper
Stir well
Add the melted butter and stir again
Remove from heat and set aside
Assembling

Roll out the pastry dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm
With the biscuit cutter, make circles of 6 cm in diameter
Place the filling in half of the circle and fold the other half over it, sealing the edges like a pie

Press the edge with a fork to seal it well
In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the pies slowly
When golden brown, remove and drain on paper towels
