6 scallions cut into tubes

1/2 cup of liquid soy sauce
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 egg
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 package of tart dough (available at supermarkets)

Cut the tofu into cubes and drain excess moisture
In a bowl, mix together scallions, Japanese seasoning, liquid soy sauce, and soy sauce
Season the cheese with this mixture and let it rest for 15 minutes
Wait for the cheese cubes to drain excess moisture again
Spread the cheese on tart dough disks and close the tarts
Press the edges of the tart with a fork all around
Brush with egg diluted in water and sprinkle with sesame oil
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in a medium preheated oven until golden brown
Serve with soy sauce to taste.
