Place the tomatoes, oregano, and olive oil in a saucepan
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Let it simmer and cook for 10 minutes
Cut the bread roll in half lengthwise and cover both halves with the tomato mixture
Arrange slices of mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake until the cheese melts
Cut into triangles
Distribute into 8 portions.
