250 grams of fresh or canned pickle, drained and chopped

1/2 cup of beef broth
1/4 teaspoon of thyme (optional)
1 small green pepper, seeded and cut into cubes

Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the pork meat on all sides
Add the onion and stir-fry until it's golden brown
Mix in the tomato extract and pickle
Season with salt and black pepper and add the red wine and beef broth
Add thyme, let it simmer
Cover and cook over medium heat for about 1 hour or until tender
Add more boiling water as needed
Add the green pepper and mix well
Place the filling in the pastry, on top of the dough
Cover with the remaining dough and bake according to the basic dough instructions
Serve 4-6 pieces.
