Aquatic a pan with olive oil, add the onion and cook until translucent
Add the beef meat and stir constantly, letting it brown
Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika
Add the vegetables and parsley and mix well
Open 2/3 of the dough and line a refrigerator mold with 24cm diameter
Place the beef meat pie filling in the mold, on top of the dough
Open the remaining dough into a circle with 28cm diameter and place it on top of the mold
Create an undulating finish
Bake following the instructions for the basic dough recipe
Dinner is served in 4 to 6 servings.
