Milk
1/2 cup of skimmed milk
3/4 cup of olive oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of salt
Stuffing
1 handful of chopped spinach
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 crushed clove of garlic
Salt to taste
Farefia
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
2 anchovy fillets
6 green pitted olives
100g of light fresh cheese, crumbled
Salt and black pepper to taste

Stuffing: Sauté the spinach with olive oil, garlic, and salt. Reserve
Farefia: In a bowl, mix together bread crumbs, anchovy fillets, olives, and crumbled cheese
Season with salt and black pepper. Reserve
Dough: Blend in a blender the milk, olive oil, eggs, yeast, flour, and salt
Transfer to a bowl and set aside half of it
Spread the reserved dough into an ungreased baking dish
Sautéed spinach mixture on top, followed by sprinkling with farefia
Cover with the remaining dough and bake in a medium preheated oven until golden.
