500g all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup water
Cinnamon to taste

In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt
Mix in half of the melted butter and mix well
Add the egg, remaining butter, water, and mix until smooth
Cover and let rest for an hour at room temperature
Filling
Preheat the oven to medium heat
Roll out the dough and fill the mini muffin tin
Filling with vanilla custard and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Remove and dust with cinnamon.
