200g of creamy cheese (comes in a cup or box)
200g of butter or margarine
200g of wheat flour
Filling:
1 can of ham
2 soup spoons of finely chopped pickles

Mix the cheese, butter or margarine, and flour together
Knead well
Form a ball and let it chill in the fridge for 1 hour
Open up thinly on a floured surface
Cut out circles using a cup
Mix the ham with the pickles
Spread about 1 tablespoon of that mixture over each circle
Fold it in half and seal the edges with a fork
Bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes
Serve warm
