1 cup of basil leaves
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)
1 clove of garlic
1/4 cup of olive oil (50 ml)
3 tablespoons of hazelnut crumbs
4 ham burgers (120 g)
4 slices of Italian bread
3 cups of diced tomatoes (100 g)
1 cup of basil leaves

In a food processor or blender, blend the basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, and hazelnut crumbs until smooth
Grease the slices of bread and ham burgers on both sides until golden brown
Top each one with pesto, tomato, and a ham burger
Garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese and basil.
