1/2 kg of chopped and shredded pork
4 tablespoons of finely chopped onions
1/2 kg of ground pork
1/2 kg of pork fat, ground or
1/2 kg of additional ground pork
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of grated lime zest
to taste: pepper
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup of blackberry or jabuticaba jam
1/2 kg of chopped and shredded pork

Preheat the oven
Mold an 8-cup ring mold with butter
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the jelly
Stir well
Place in the prepared mold and press down firmly
Bake in a hot oven for 1 hour
Let it rest for 20 minutes
Dismount onto a serving plate and let it cool completely
Glace with the jelly and refrigerate until serving time
Serve with black bread.
