1 large onion
100 g of black olives
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
dried oregano to taste
6 integral wheat crackers
4 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
sea salt to taste

Mushroom, onion, olives, garlic, parsley, and oregano should be finely chopped
Combine them in a bowl with the crackers soaked in water and soy sauce
Mix well
Add the whole wheat flour and mix again
Cook over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring constantly
Serve warm or chilled.
