Mushroom, onion, olives, garlic, parsley, and oregano
Finely chop all ingredients
Combine crackers soaked in water and soy sauce with the chopped ingredients
Mix well
Add whole wheat flour and mix until combined
Cook over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring constantly
Serve at room temperature or chilled
